FAW Appoints Truck Line as Primary After-Sales Service Provider in Saudi Arabia
In a strategic move that reflects a high level of trust, FAW Global has signed an agreement with Truck Line, under which Truck Line will be appointed as the primary service center and the central spare parts warehouse for all FAW trucks sold in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by all authorized distributors.
This agreement coincides with Truck Line’s preparations to inaugurate the largest after-sales service center for FAW trucks in the Kingdom, along with the largest centralized spare parts warehouse, covering an operational area of over 50,000 square meters in the city of Jeddah, with a capacity to service 25 trucks simultaneously — making it one of the largest specialized facilities in the Kingdom. The center is scheduled to officially open on August 1, 2025.
This will be the first facility of its kind in Saudi Arabia in terms of size, integration, and equipment. It will offer all specialized maintenance services under one roof, including routine and preventive quick maintenance, mechanical and electrical workshops, body and paint services following factory specifications, a dedicated section for tire replacement and repair, as well as a truck washing station.
This initiative marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion plan, as Truck Line is preparing to open two additional service branches in Riyadh and Dammam, aiming to establish a comprehensive maintenance network that covers all regions and provides a professional and exceptional after-sales experience for FAW customers in the Kingdom.
